Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower and the red skyline lights, but there were some issues with the dated rooms and limited buffet breakfast menu.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with nice balconies at a reasonable price; however, the outdated bathroom and impersonal feel of a chain hotel were noticeable. The service was efficient though lacking personal touch at times. The location near Shinagawa Station was convenient with some rooms having beautiful views, but dining options were limited. Overall, a decent choice for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The rooms were very nice, quiet, and comfortable with a view of the Tokyo Tower. I enjoyed the workout going to-and-from my room, and it was larger than I expected, clean, and gave me a wonderful view of the delightful Japanese garden and koi pond in the middle of the hotel complex. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some aspects being slightly old, but they did go to some lengths to find a teppanyaki restaurant nearby. The location was fine for my conference and transit, with a free shuttle picking up from the station but a little far from the center. The dining experience was lovely, with lots to choose from and of good quality. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups!
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite hot and uncomfortable throughout the night, despite trying to cool them down by opening the window. On the plus side, the room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards and kept clean and modern. The service was exceptional, with staff ensuring everything was spotless and offering assistance with our luggage upon arrival. The location required a bit of effort, as it involved walking up a long slope from Shinagawa station, but it was convenient with easy access to the train station and nearby shops. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and somewhat pricey, lacking gluten-free choices for a two-day stay. The facilities were decent overall, offering basic amenities for a satisfactory stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a gorgeous view of the Tokyo Tower and the red skyline lights. The rooms were some of the best I've ever stayed in Tokyo, spacious, and very clean. It was a bit hot at night but so close to Shinagawa station which was convenient.
I found this hotel to be conveniently located near Shinagawa Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and clean, although some were in need of updating. The service was attentive, despite a language barrier at times. The dining options were satisfactory, with great buffet choices but pricey ala-carte. Overall, a decent value for a Tokyo stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close to transit, business, and commercial areas. The rooms are spacious with a comfy bed, but can get hot during the day. The service is helpful overall, although there were some issues with amenities and room entry. The location is comfortable for business travelers, near Shinagawa station. The dining options are good but slightly pricey. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The convenient location up the slope near the Japan Rail and subway lines made it easy to explore Tokyo. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a breath of fresh air on sunny days, which was a fantastic bonus. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff who even gave me personal recommendations for sightseeing. However, the dining options were limited, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel in Tokyo was fantastic! The rooms were extraordinary big, just like the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and I loved the nice little balcony overlooking the gardens. The service at breakfast was very helpful and efficient despite being slightly old, but everyone was respectful and courteous. The location was perfect, close to Shinagawa Station but quiet, ideal after a multi-city tour across Japan in 2017. The dining experience was below par in terms of price but a wonderful treat with a huge spread of food. Overall, a great value for such spacious accommodations in a convenient location.
